I downloaded the file but why won't it open?

Most documents are in Adobe PDF format, but some may be Microsoft Word documents. Others may even use another program alltogether. For help opening these files, click on the links below to download the appropriate program to open the file.

Microsoft Excel

First, download the file you want to open to your desktop. Then open the program you want to use to read the file (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). From the program you just started go to the "file" tab and select "open". selelect "desktop" and choose the downloaded file to open it.

I tried the links but the file still won't open?
